“BLUE MOON BLADE” - 9'4" x 23" x 2 7/8" x 17 1/4" x 16 5/8" - 19.5 lbs.
This board is in well-used condition. One nose ding and just a couple of very light pressure dents on the deck. This was a hand-shaped custom for Lola Mignot; it is a heavyweight log concept I've been developing for a couple of years, aimed at folks looking for glide and added inertia, great for a wide variety of waves from points, reefs, and beach breaks, head-high and under.
This one was shaped in August of 2023 and has some lovely features, which are listed below.
- Green blank
- Center black Glue Line
- Twin 1/4” darkwood stringers, 2” offset
- 6oz. Volan x 6 oz. deck
- 8 oz. Volan bottom with a 6 oz. volan tail patch and colored bottom
- Finished as a wet-sanded gloss
